The Haryana Municipal Corporation (Amendment) Act, 2026

1. (1) This Act may be called the Haryana Municipal Corporation (Amendment) Act, 2026.
2. (2) It shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from the 26th June, 2026.

Amendment of section 329 of Haryana Act 16 of 1994 Sub-section

1. (1) of section 329 of the Haryana Municipal Corporation Act, 1994 shall be omitted. Amendment of section 329 of

1. (1) The Haryana Municipal Corporation (Amendment) Ordinance, 2026 (Haryana Ordinance No. 3 of 2026) is hereby repealed.
2. (2) Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken under the said Ordinance shall be deemed to have been done or taken under this Act. Repeal and savings.
