- 5. The offence committed under section 3 shall be cognizable and non-bailable.
- 6. If a person fails to pay the penal amount under section 3, the said amount shall be recoverable as if it were arrears of land revenue.
- 7. The provisions of this Act shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the provisions of any other law, for the time being in force.
