This Act deals with municipal areas in Haryana that grew without proper civic amenities and infrastructure. The Government can declare such areas, and enforcement action against unauthorised plots and buildings there is kept in abeyance. Plots and buildings can be regularised on conditions, with immunity from action for those who qualify, and courts cannot hear challenges to these matters.
