Delegation of powers of Pradhikaran to executive committee

(1) The Pradhikaran may delegate any of its powers, other than the powers in Sub-section (2), to an executive committee constituted from amongst its Members, as the Chairperson may decide and all decisions of the executive committee shall have the same effect as if taken by the Pradhikaran under this Act: Provided that the executive committee shall include not less than three Members nominated under clause (xxx) of section 4. (2) The Pradhikaran shall not delegate to the executive committee the following powers, namely:- (a) to approve the budget of the Pradhikaran; (b) to make, amend or repeal any regulation.
