Penalty

Any entrepreneur who fails to comply with the conditions of undertaking given to the Nodal Agency, shall on conviction be punishable with fine which may extend to Rs. 5,000 on first offence and for the second or subsequent offence with fine which may extend to Rs. 10,000.
