Amendment of First Schedule to Haryana Act 5 of 2018.

In the First Schedule to the Haryana Group D Employees (Recruitment and Conditions of Service) Act, 2018 (hereinafter called the principal Act), under column 3, against serial number 1, for entries against items (i) and (ii), the following entry shall be substituted, namely:- “Matriculation from recognized Board with Hindi or Sanskrit as one of the subject.”.
