Disqualification.

No person shall be eligible for appointment as a non-official member, if he — (a) is not a citizen of India; (b) has not attained the age of twenty-one years; (c) has been declared by a competent Court to be of unsound mind; (d) has been convicted by any Court for an offence involving moral turpitude; (e) has been dismissed from the service of the Government for misconduct and has been declared to be disqualified for employment in public service; or (f) is an undischarged insolvent.
