Statutory text
Any entrepreneur who fails to comply with the conditions of undertaking, for the first instance of non-compliance shall be liable to pay fine which shall be Rs. 50,000 and for subsequent non-compliance, shall be liable to pay fine which may extend to Rs. 1,00,000.
