Amendment of section 1 of Haryana Act 1 of 2011

In section 1 of the Haryana Dholidar, Butimar, Bhondedar and Muqararidar (Vesting of Proprietary Rights) Act, 2010, for sub-section (4), the following sub-section shall be substituted and shall be deemed to have been substituted with effect from the 9th day of June, 2011, namely:- "(4) This Act shall not apply to the land owned by, or vested in, the Dholidar, Butimar, Bhondedar or Muqararidar or a private person/institution, as may be notified by the State Government by notification in the Official Gazette, in respect of the land concerned owned by or vested in the Panchayat or Municipality or any Government Department, Board or Corporation or any other similar class or category of persons of the Panchayat or Municipality.". This Act may be called the Haryana Dholidar, Butimar, Bhondedar and Muqararidar (Vesting of Proprietary Rights) Amendment Act, 2018.
