The Haryana Courts (Amendment) Act, 2026

This Act may be called the Haryana Courts (Amendment) Act, 2026.

For clause (a) of sub-section (2) of section 30 of the Haryana Courts Act, 1918, the following clause shall be substituted, namely:- "(a) Proceedings under the Indian Succession Act, 1925 (Central Act 39 of 1925) which cannot be disposed of by the District Judge.".
