Statutory text
The provisions of this Act shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the provisions of the Special Marriage Act, 1954 (43 of 1954), the Indian Christian Marriage Act, 1872 (15 of 1872), the Parsi Marriage and Divorce Act, 1936 (3 of 1936) and the Foreign Marriage Act, 1969 (33 of 1969).
