Accounts and audit

Statutory text
- (1) The Authority shall maintain proper accounts and other relevant records and prepare an annual statement of accounts, in such manner, as may be prescribed.
- (2) The Directorate of Local Audit, Haryana or such authority, as specified by the State Government, by an order, shall audit the accounts annually.
