Transfer of record to the District Collector

Statutory text
- (1) After preparation and finalization of the standing record of rights of the abadi deh area, the Assistant Collector 2nd Grade shall attest and transfer the same to the District Collector concerned, which shall be consigned to the district office.
- (2) One set of the standing record of rights as prepared shall be maintained with the concerned Patwari.
