Definitions

In this Chapter, unless the context otherwise requires—

1. (a) “designated person” means the Chairman of the Committee,
2. (b) “entrusted minor canal” means the minor canal the irrigation management of which is entrusted to an Association under sub- section

1. (1) of section 16.
