Statutory text
(1) This Act may be called the Gujarat Validation of Occupancy and Allotment of Certain Lands of Excess Vacant Land Vested in the State Government (under the Urban Land (Ceiling and Regulation) Act, 1976) Act, 2017. (2) It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 15th December, 2016.
