Withholding or reduction of grant to an affiliated college

The Board may, on recommendation of the Academic Council, recommend to the State Government withholding or reduction of grant to an affiliated college which on a report by inspection committee or otherwise, is found to be making persistent default in carrying out the conditions of affiliation.
