Amendment of section 22 of Bom. XL of 1955

In section 22 of the principal Act, in clause

1. (e) of sub-section (1), for the words “from amongst Fellows” the following shall be substituted, namely :— “from amongst Fellows other than those who are Heads of University Departments or Principals of Colleges or are Fellows under paragraph
2. (D) under the heading “I-Ex-Officio Fellows,” or under clauses
   • (i) and
   • (ii) of paragraph
3. (B) under the heading “II-Ordinary Fellows”, in section 15”,
