The Pharmacy (Gujarat Amendment) Act, 1970

This Act may be called the Pharmacy (Gujarat Amendment) Act, 1970.

In section 19A of the Pharmacy Act, 1948 in its application to the State of Gujarat, in sub-section (3), for the words "five years" the words "seven years" shall be, and shall be deemed always to have been, substituted.

-1 3. The Pharmacy (Gujarat Amendment) Ordinance, 1970 is hereby repealed and the provisions of sections 7 and 25 of the Bombay General Clauses Act, 1904 shall apply to such repeal as if that Ordinance were an enactment.
