The Indian Limitation (Gujarat Amendment) Act, 1960

Short title and extent.

1. (1) This Act may be called the Indian Limitation (Gujarat Amendment) Act, 1960.
2. (2) It extends to the whole of the State of Gujarat.

Amendment of section 10 of Act IX of 1908. In section 10 of the Indian Limitation Act, 1908, in its application to the State of Gujarat, for the words "vested in trust for a specific purpose," the words "vested in trust for a specific purpose or (whether the trust is express or implied) for the charitable or religious purpose" shall be substituted.
