This Act may be called the Indian Forest (Gujarat Unification and Amendment) Act, 1960.

Act not to apply to Chapter VI and section 11A of Act XVI of 1927 2. Nothing in this Act shall apply to Chapter VI and section 11A of the Indian Forest Act, 1927 relating to the power of the Central Government to impose duty on timber and other produce and the powers of the Central Government as to movements of timber across customs frontiers respectively.
