The Indian Boilers (Gujarat Amendment) Act, 1990

This Act may be called the Indian Boilers (Gujarat Amendment) Act, 1990.

In the Indian Boilers Act, 1923, in its application to the State of Gujarat (hereinafter referred to as "the principal Act"), in section 22, for the words "one hundred rupees", the words "two hundred rupees" shall be substituted.

In the prinoipal Act, in seotion 23,-

1. (1) for the words "five hundred rups", the wordr "ono thoasasd rupees" shah lw mbatitnted ;
2. (2) for the 'words "one humid, rupees", the worda "two hundred rup" shall b mb&ituM.

In the prinoipal A&, in mtioa 24, for the worda "five huudred rupee.a'', the woh "one thonesnd mp$' &a11 be aubabituM,

In the prinaipal Aot, in mctioa 26, in sub-mtion (4), for the wordil "five hundred mpeod', the words "one thod mpeed' shall be aubatitukd,

In the principal Act, in section 30,-

1. (1) for the words "one hundred rupees", the words "two hundred rupees" shall be substituted;
2. (2) for the words "one thousand rupees", the words "two thousand rupees" shall be substituted.
