Accounts and audit.

1. (1) The Board shall maintain proper accounts and other relevant records and prepare an annual statement of accounts including the balance-sheet in such form as may be prescribed.
2. (2) The accounts of the Board shall be audited annually by the Examiner of Local Fund Accounts, Gujarat State, or by such other auditor as the State Government may appoint.
3. (3) The auditor shall, for the purpose of the audit, have access to all the accounts and other records of the Board.
4. (4) The Board shall furnish to the State Government a copy of its audited accounts together with the auditor's report thereon.
