Chapter IX TRANSITORY PROVISIONS

Notwithstanding anything contained in section 16, the first Registrar shall be appointed by the State Government as soon as practicable after the commencement of this Act for a period of not exceeding three years and on such terms and conditions as the State Government may thinks fit.
