1. Short title

This Act may be called the Champaner-Pavagadh Archaeological Park World Heritage Area Management Authority (Repeal) Act, 2023.
2. Repeal and saving

- (1) The Champaner-Pavagadh Archaeological Park World Heritage Area Management Authority Act, 2006 is hereby repealed.
- (2) Notwithstanding such repeal, the provisions of section 7 of the Gujarat General Clauses Act, 1904 shall apply in relation to the repeal of the Champaner-Pavagadh Archaeological Park World Heritage Area Management Authority Act, 2006 as if the Act had been an enactment within the meaning of the said section 7.
