Amendment of section 32P of Bom. LXVII of

In section 32P of the principal Act, in sub-section (1)—

1. (1) for the words, figures and letters "under section 32G or 32M" the words "under the foregoing provisions of this sub-chapter" shall be substituted ;
2. (2) the words, figures and letters "or where a tenant fails to exercise the right to purchase the land held by him within the specified period under section 32F or 32O" shall be deleted.
