Amendment of section 40 of Bom. XXV of 1949

In the principal Act, in section 40,-

1. (a) in sub-section (1), for the word "permits" the words "a temporary resident's permit" shall be substituted ;
2. (b) for the marginal note, the following shall be substituted, namely:- "Temporary resident's permits.".
