Amendment of the First Schedule of Bom. LXV of 1958

In the principal Act, in the First Schedule, in Part I, under the heading, A. Motor Vehicles fitted solely with pneumatic tyres--

1. (a) clauses I and II shall be deleted;
2. (b) in clause III, in sub-clause (i), items (a),
3. (b) and
4. (c) shall be deleted;
5. (c) in clause VIII,--
   • (i) the words and figures "clause I or" shall be deleted;
   • (ii) the word and figure "clause I" shall be deleted;
6. (d) in Explanation I, for the words and figures "for the purpose of clause I and clause VI", the words and figures "for the purpose of clause VI" shall be substituted;
7. (e) in Explanation II, for the words and figures "for the purposes of clause I and clause VI", the words and figures "for the purpose of clause VI" shall be substituted;
8. (f) clause C shall be deleted.
