The Bombay Medical Practitioners' (Gujarat Amendment) Act, 1962

This Act may be called the Bombay Medical Practitioners' (Gujarat Amendment) Act, 1962.

In the Bombay Medical Practitioners' Act, 1938 in its application to the area of the State of Gujarat, in section 3C, in sub-section (2), for the words "two years" the words "four years" shall be substituted.

-1 3. The Bombay Medical Practitioners' (Gujarat Amendment) Ordinance, 1962 is hereby repealed and the provisions of sections 7 and 26 of the Bombay General Clauses Act, 1904 shall apply to such repeal as if that Ordinance were an enactment.
