Amendment of section 9

In the principal Act, in section 9, in sub-section (IA), for the words "five years " where they occur at two places, the words "seven years " shall be substituted.

1. Short title and commencement

1. (1) This Act may be called the Bombay Land Requisition (Gujarat Amendment) Act, 1991.
