Insertion of new section 22A in Bau. Act XIV of 1955

Insertion of new section 22A in Bom. Act XIV of 1955. - After section 22 of the principal Saurashtra Act, the following section shall be inserted, namely :- "22A.

1. (1) For each market area, there shall be a market, which shall consist of all market yards, and market proper declared for that area,
2. (2) For the purposes of this Act a market shall be deemed to have been established for a market area with effect from such date on which a market yard is declared for that area in accordance with rules."
