Amendment of section 7

In section 7 of the principal Act,-

1. (i) in sub-section (I), after the words "such notice or order" the words "and take such other action as should have been taken in compliance with the notice or order" shall be inserted;
2. (ii) it1 sub-sectiori (2), afler the words "carried out" the ,words "or any other actiori taken" shall be inserlod;
3. (iii) in su11-scction (51, for the word "final" the words "final and collclusive and shall 1101 be liable to be callcd in questiorl in any Court" shall be substitutcd.
