This Act repeals the Bhavnagar Mercantile Disputes Settlement Rules made in 1904 by the Ruler of the former State of Bhavnagar, under which mercantile disputes were adjudicated. It provides for what happens to the proceedings pending under those Rules at the time of repeal.
