Validity of acts and proceedings of Ambaji Pilgrimage Tourism Authority and committees

No act or proceedings of the Ambaji Pilgrimage Tourism Authority and any of its committees shall be invalidated or vitiated merely by reason of – (a) a vacancy therein or any defect in the constitution thereof, or (b) an irregularity in its procedure not affecting the merits of the case.
