-1 19. Repeal and saving

1. (1) The Gujarat Tax on Luxury Commodities Ordinance, 1995 (Guj. Ord. 3 of 1995) is hereby repealed.
2. (2) Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken (including any notification, order or notice issued or application made) under the said Ordinance shall be deemed to have been done or taken under the corresponding provisions of this Act.
