Power of State Government to give Directions

The State Government shall have the powers to issue directions to the Designated Authorities from time to time as may be required for the compliance of the provisions of this Act and the rules made there under and the Designated Authority shall, notwithstanding any provision in the relevant law, be bound to comply with such directions.
