Amendment of section 62A of Bom. LX of 1958

In the principal Act, in section 62A, -

1. (1) in clause (i), for the words “five hundred rupees”, the words “twenty five thousand rupees’’ shall be substituted;
2. (2) in clause (ii), for the words “one thousand rupees, but which shall not be less than two hundred rupees”, the words “fifty thousand rupees, but which shall not be less than ten thousand rupees” shall be substituted;
3. (3) in clause (iii), for the words “two thousand rupees”, the words “one lakhs rupees” shall be substituted.
