Establishment of Apex Authority

The Gujarat Infrastructure Development Board (GIDB) established under section 17 of the Gujarat Infrastructure Development Act, 1999 is hereby declared and designated as the Special Investment Region Apex Authority (hereinafter called “Apex Authority”) for the purposes of this Act.
