AN ACT

to provide for speedy process for issue of various licenses, clearances and

certificates required for setting up of industrial undertakings for the promotion of industrial development and also to provide for an investor friendly environment in the State and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto.

It is hereby enacted in the Sixty-eighth Year of the Republic of India as follows:-
