Chapter XI TRANSITORY PROVISIONS
Statutory text
Notwithstanding anything contained in section 12, the first, Vice-Chancellor shall be appointed by the State Government as soon as practicable after the commencement of this Act for a period not exceeding three years and on such terms and conditions as the State Government thinks fit.
