The Gujarat Sales of Motor Spirit Taxation (Gujarat Amendment) Act, 1984

Short title and commencement.—(1) This Act may be called the Gujarat Sales of Motor Spirit Taxation (Gujarat Amendment) Act, 1984.

1. (2) It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 2nd day of February, 1984.

Amendment of section 6 of Guj. LX of 1958.—In section 6 of the Gujarat Sales of Motor Spirit Taxation Act, 1958 (hereinafter referred to as "the principal Act"), in sub-section (1), for the figures and words "15 paise", the figures and words "18 paise" shall be substituted.
