AN ACT

to repeal certain obsolete Acts.

WHEREAS it is expedient to repeal certain obsolete Acts.

It is hereby enacted in the Sixty-fifth Year of the Republic of India as follows:-

This Act may be called the Gujarat Repealing Act, 2014.

The Acts specified in the Schedule are hereby repealed. SCHEDULE (See section 2) Year Citation Short title of the Act 1890 Bom. V 1890. The Gujarat Municipal Servants Act, 1890. 1965 Guj. 26 of 1965. The Gujarat Local Authorities (Emergency Provisions) Act, 1965.
