GUJARAT ACT NO. 2 O F 2006.

(First published, after having received the assent of the Governor in the "Gujarat Government Gazette", on the 2nd March, 2006). AN ACT to repeal certain ActS. WHEREAS, it is expedient to repeal certain obsolete Acts;

It is hereby enacted in the Fifty-seventh Year of the Republic of

India as follows :- l.

The Acts specified in the Schedule are hereby repealed.
