The provisions of this Act shall be in addition to, and not in derogation of, the provisions of any other law for the time being in force.

Repeal of Guj. 26 of 2011 and saving. 19.

1. (1) The Gujarat Regularisation of Unauthorised Development Act, 2011 is hereby repealed.
2. (2) Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken under the said Act shall in so far as it is not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, be deemed to have been done or taken under this Act.
