Liabilities of Management etc. to pay all cost and expenditure.

If any person of the Management or Institution or Limited Liability Partnership or others has been found guilty of the offences under this Act, the Management or Institution or Limited Liability Partnership or others shall be liable to pay all cost and expenditure related to the public examination, determined by the Court and shall be banned forever.
