Public Authorities seals Act, Gujarat Year 2004

This law regulates the official seals used by public authorities in the state of Gujarat. It gives the State Government the power to decide exactly which seals judges and other officials must use. The main purpose is to standardize these seals to ensure proper identification and legal validity of documents. It also replaces an older law from 1883, but it ensures that any work already done under the old law remains valid unless it contradicts this new act.
