Conditions for employment of physically handicapped persons

No physically handicapped person shall be employed under section 3 unless- (a) he is an adult; (b) his name is registered at any employment exchange in the State; and (c) a certificate of fitness granted under section 5 is in the custody of the manager of the factory.
