Statutory text
Saving. Nothing in this Act shall apply to—
- (a) the service lands or any other land to which the provisions of any law relating to the abolition of any Land Tenures in the State of Gujarat are applicable;
- (b) the personal inam lands;
- (c) the devasthan inam lands;
- (d) the political inam lands.
