Appeal against refusal to recognize institutions.

Any person aggrieved by the refusal of the Council to approve and recognize any institution as competent to train nurses, midwives or health visitors or by the withdrawal of recognition under sub-section(2) of section 23 may appeal, within three months from the date of receipt of the order of refusal or withdrawal. The decision of the state Government on such appeal shall be final.
