Statutory text

(1) The toll shall be levied, paid and collected in such manner, as may be prescribed.
(2) Without prejudice to the provisions of sub-section (1), any penalty or rate of toll, dues recoverable under this Act, if not paid within fifteen days of its becoming due, may be recovered as arrears of land revenue.
