Nodal Agency.

(1) Subject to superintendence, direction and control of the Government, the Investor Facilitation Agency (IFA) constituted under section 8 of the Gujarat Single window clearances Act, 2017 shall be the State level Nodal Agency for the purposes of this Act. (2) subject to superintendence, direction and control of the Government and the District Level Facilitation commiffee, the District Industries centre (DIC) shall be the District level Nodal Agency for the purposes of this Act.
